Period: Oct. 2012 to Feb. 2013
Client: BS - Energy
Project description:

Long-term maintenance concept for 5 separate locations in Braunschweig, comprising 1 subcritical 220 t/h bituminous coal fired and 1 subcritical 110t/h gas fired steam generator as well as 3 saturated steam generators (2 x 60t/h and 1 x 30 t/h), 15 several hot water boilers, 2 diesel engines and 2 gas turbine plants with boilers.

Tasks: Technical Due Diligence (TDD) with respect to the conditions of the available installations, cost estimations, recommendations regarding long term maintenance works.

Krefeld, Germany

Period: Dec. 2012 to Sep. 2013
Client: Currenta
Project description:

Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and commercial evaluation of 2 existing supercritical bituminous coal fired steam generators, each 175t/h steam production.

Furthermore, a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) regarding an existing 90t/h residual gas fired steam generator with respect to substitutions for new installation under the view of very strong emission requirements in future.

Both the types of steam generator were investigated under the view of a substitution by new one or further use for operation.
