Project description:	Increase of steam production of about 25% of each of the four existing Steam Generators, commissioned in 1978. Target was the increase of each steam generator to realize an operation with 3 Steam Generators for the supply the required steam demand of the whole Soda plant. One steam generator shall be in stand by (n – 1 principle).
Tasks:	Investigations, evaluation, checks and detailed works with respect to the received As-Built documentation, incl. operation mimics as well as confirmations during local visits to establish the measures of fitness for use in case of the intended increase of steam production. Several thermodynamic calculations. Edition of a final report, comprising recommendations for required implementations.

Project description:	Investigations of coal fired power plant, operating in lowest possible loads. Target was down to 15% electrical output.
Tasks:	Evaluation of design and operation data to develop measures with respect to reach a possible technical minimum plant load of the respective location. Edition of a final report.

Client:	Asia Power Development Platform Pte. Ltd., Singapore
Project description:	Technical Due Diligence (TDD) regarding power plant proposals from Chinese EPC contractors for South East Asia, focused to coal fired units. Investigations by experience with respect to solutions of the proposed technology, which usually will cause significant problems during operation.
Tasks:	Preparation of a so-called Red Flagg analysis, containing highlighted technical findings. The range from technical acceptable design up to an absolute no go has been clearly identified.
