3 installed Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG), implemented in a 225 MWel Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) with steam supply for district heating. The HRSG are provided with a Supplementary Firing (SF) system.

Tasks: Trouble shooting of 3 already installed HRSG. Thermodynamic calculations for double check the HRSG. Local investigations regarding the deficiencies of the contractual warranties. Route causes regarding the damaged internal insulation. Recommendations and realization of technical solutions for trouble shooting.

Tasks: Local investigation with respect to the leakiness of the bypass damper inside the GT exhaust gas system. Investigation of the basic design regarding the HRSG. Preparation of a report incl. findings regarding expected future operational problems.

Tasks: Evaluation of the feasible design, thermodynamic calculations and stress calculation of the pressure parts. Basic design for all components of the steam generator. Preparation of bill of materials, cost estimations, shop expediting and time schedules regarding start of the project until commercial operation.
