Project description:	3 fired (oil / gas) HRSGs with switch over to fresh air operation, each downstream a frame 5 GT (25 MW_el ISO). Consortium with Chiyoda Japan and AEG, Essen.
Tasks:	Evaluation of the feasible design, thermodynamic calculations and stress calculation of the pressure parts. Basic design for all components of the steam generator. Preparation of bill of materials, cost estimations, shop expediting, site supervision and time schedules regarding start of the project until commercial operation.

Project description:	Primary low NOx measures at the firing system and refurbishment of 2 once through boilers, each 350 t/h with reheat. Substitution of the installed Regenerative Air Preheaters. Refurbishment of the existing refractory of the steam generator.
Tasks:	Thermodynamic and stress calculations of the pressure parts. The design of steam generator components for replacement such as new firing system, the refractory of the steam generator enclosure, refurbishment of fans, new regenerative air preheaters, bill of materials and cost estimation.

Project description:	Conversion of one UP boiler to a once through boiler with a low load and start-up system.
Tasks:	Thermodynamic calculations and stress calculation of the pressure parts. Complete re-design of the combustion chamber by consideration of the implementation of a new low load and start-up system, incl. adaption of the I&C to the DCS. Preparation of bill of materials, cost estimations, shop expediting, site supervision and time schedules regarding start of the project until commercial operation.
